Who am I?

I’m Anne Ferretjans, team and leadership coach.

For 20 years, my work has revolved around leaders: in executive search, where I co-founded my own firm, in a corporate role, and in consulting. I’ve seen from the inside how leadership teams really work.

I’m an ICF-credentialed coach (ACC), a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach and a graduate of the IMD Executive Coaching Program.
